HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
Firstly I am not a big fan of Gym equipment - by using our body or weights for resistance we can use multiple musclegroups simultaneously to save time and using more natural movements for a balanced, full body session. I belive in challanging your self, but I do not belive in the gym culture of extreme challanges that has long term negative effects on your joints and muscles causing excessive wear and tear.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
I recommend resistance equipment, like dumbbells, barbells or the X3-BAR. Also a foam roller when stretching, especially for online sessions where massage is not readily available.
DO YOU THINK ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING IS AS BENEFICIAL AS IN PERSON TRAINING?
The simple anwser is no, In person training is superior to online training since I can see and correct execution in more detail. However one-to-one online sessions are definitely superior to videos, since I am able to correct and adapt the sessions to fit your needs and ability.
